Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Timeframe: Customers can cancel their order at any time before it is processed or dispatched.
  • Request Method: Cancellations should be requested immediately via WhatsApp at +923257738843 or by emailing malikgm00000@gmail.com.
  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the customer must receive the parcel and follow the Return and Exchange Policy.
  • Paid Orders: For orders paid via Credit/Debit card or digital wallets, a transaction fee (typically 3–5%) may be deducted from the refund to cover bank charges if cancelled after a certain window.

Order Cancellation by AmirStore

AmirStore reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Stock Availability: The item is out of stock or has failed a quality check.
  • Pricing Errors: Technical errors resulting in incorrect pricing on the website.
  • Payment Issues: The credit card or digital payment was declined by the financial institution.
  • Unresponsive Customers: For Cash on Delivery (COD), if the customer does not confirm the order via a verification call or message, it may be automatically cancelled.

Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Timeline:
    • Bank/Wallet Transfers: Typically processed within 7 working days.
    • Credit/Debit Cards: May take 10–20 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policy.

Special Categories (Non-Cancellable)

  • Customized Items: Orders for custom-stitched or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Sale/Clearance: Items purchased during specific “Final Sale” events may not be eligible for cancellation.
